| 笔记本电脑巨头IBM公司推出了其第二个迅驰2代笔记本R52系列，这是IBM廉价R系列的首款Sonoma技术笔记本，并且还引入了ThinkVantage技术，该技术致力于减少笔记本技术支持的成本。
外形上，延续了现有的R51系列笔记本的外观，体积和重量上都没有什么引人瞩目的亮点。不过在配置上，该系列采用了Intel Pentium M处理器(1.60~1.70GHz)，配合915系列芯片组和802.11a/b/g的无线网卡后成为迅驰笔记本，预装256M内存，硬盘从40G到80G不等，并且安装了IBM专利的硬盘保护系统，按照不同的型号，该系列笔记本将会有14寸XGA,15寸XGA或者15寸SXGA分辨率三种不同的液晶显示器配置，而显卡方面，高端的将会采用32MB显存的ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 GPU，底端的将会使用集成的Intel Extreme Graphics 2，光驱方面采用Combo光驱。
最后，在价格上，R系列笔记本一直都是IBM的最便宜的一个系列，R52也不例外，最低售价大约为1500美元，折合人民币12000多元。
R52比较适合那些欣赏IBM的商务品质和稳定性能，同时希望有sonoma的高处理性能的人士，APS硬盘保护和Thinkvantage都是它的强势。 |
